Polaris reaches an agreement with the banks

Polaris has reached an agreement with the banks over a dbt of 100million euros which support fifteen companies and therefore avoiding bankruptcy proceedings.

The company announced that the agreement they have achieved implies the selling of assets to the banks, which this way reinfoces their solvency due to today's economic crisis.
With this operation, Polaris culminates their process of financial restructuring.

The company expressed that this will allow them to come out strong and to be able to face the next few years, with the guarantee of success.
