The director General of arquitecture and property politics pointed out yesterday that we don’t have to talk about the collapse of property prices any longer and that the “inclination” points towards the “stability” of prices.

“Regarding the duration of this adjustment, it’s evident that there is still a long path to travel”.
Romero encourages to buy properties saying that now is the best time as the properties prices are cheaper and euribor rates are at the minimum, making it “easier” to purchase properties.
