Malaga to be the first province to recover from the property crisis

The institute of business studies (IPE) envisions that Malaga will be the first province to recover from the property crisis and estimates that the fist signs of recovery will be obvious at around Easter of 2010.

The institute’s Directo General, Jose Antonio Perez, assures that “Malaga will recover before than other provinces in Spain, just like when it fell, as it was one of the first and the hardest affected”.

The institute of business studies (IPE) that Easter of next year will start showing a recovery in the market of the consumer and after that date, it hopes that the rate of unemployment will slow down.
