Properties that have been awarded to youngsters as first homes in Tres Cantos, Madrid, are three years delayed.

A thousand youngsters, from the small area of Tres Cantos in Madrid, find themselves standing in the middle of a plot of land instead of in the flats they were awarded more than two years ago.
“We even had a great party in the village when we got the news that we had been chosen” several of the youngsters awarded commented.
At the moment, the building licenses still haven’t been granted but the town hall and the government are doing what they can to resolve this situation.
