Spanish cost of living kept down by low wage inflation

A study into wages carried out by employment agency Adecco has shown that the average wage per month in Spain is 1,553 euros (£1,100). By areas, people living in Madrid earn the most with an average wage of 1,872 euros; while the worst paid are those in Galicia with 1,324 closely followed by the Valencia Region at 1,383 euros per month.
