Employment goes up 3 percent in Spain

The number of people in full time work in Spain went up 3 percent in the third quarter of the year, according to statistics published on Wednesday. The rise in employment was a year-on-year figure compared with the same period in 2005. The Spanish National Institute of Statistics also said GDP went up 3.8 percent in the third quarter year-on-year compared to last year.
