Courts and regional government blame town hall for delay.

A bid by Campos del Río town hall to allow building work to start at Trampolín Hills golf resort has been knocked backed by a judge and the regional department for public works.

As a result the scheme is in deadlock once again and buyers who have purchased properties still have no start date for the project.

The company had applied for planning permission to build 2,575 houses and a golf course in Campos del Río and started to sell properties off-plan in 2005.
