Good news for Spanish home buyers in Alicante, Spain.
June 29, 2006
Provia, the Association for Real Estate Promoters in the Alicante region of Spain, have released figures for the first quarter of 2006. The association have indicated that the wealth of new properties on the market is likely to result in a great pricing deals for buyers in late 2006. Provia have revealed that a record 4,400 new build properties came onto the market in the first 12 weeks of 2006. The lower demand with international buyers (due to sluggish house sales in the UK and the continued slump in the German economy) has resulted in lower than expected sales. The resulting surplus of new homes is likely to result in better prices for buyers later in 2006.
