Average House Price in Spain

The Spanish government have just announced the average house prices in Spain, as of the end of 2006.

In the country as a whole, the value of the average property is now worth 180,000€ (circa 125,000 GBP).

There are large regional variations, with Madrid topping the leader board at 280,000€ (195,000 GBP).

House price inflation during 2007 is likely to have driven the price of an average house in Spain to around 200,000€.
