No Increase in Council Tax in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain

Torrevieja is the only town which has frozen Property Tax (IBI) until 2013.

Pilar de la Horadada has reduced the rate from 0.65 per cent to 0.55 per cent.

Residents in San Javier with three or more children will be awarded a 40 per cent discount.
