A quarter of a million second hand homes exchanged hands on the Spanish Costas in 2006
May 1, 2007
Despite rumours of a slow down in the Spanish housing market, sales in 2006 remained buoyant. From the Costa Brava to the Costa del Sol, the number of ‘second hand’ homes sold in 2006 was 289,540. There are signs of developers keeping prices down in the new build market, after several years of growing prices. 2007 is predicted to be a good year for those seeking new homes in Spain, with excellent deals available on existing new homes.
